PROJECT SUMMARY
An interactive museum installation, this project blends physical controls, projection mapping, and real-time content to tell the story of Tavares, Florida. Built inside a historic train station, this exhibit allows guests to explore artifacts through a tactile, hardware-integrated experience designed for durability and long-term public use.
We created an interactive city map that allows visitors to explore Tavares’ history by pressing custom-designed buttons installed throughout the museum. Each button triggers projection-mapped media and audio tied to historical artifacts and locations. Built using rugged components and proprietary software, the system is easily expandable and maintainable for future museum updates.
OUTCOME
The exhibit became a centerpiece of the new museum, with simple, approachable interaction design and a durable system built for continuous public engagement.
